SignFlow Terms of Service

1. The Service

SignFlow is a technology service for sending, receiving, signing and managing electronic documents. PluginNex provides the technology platform only and is not a party to agreements or documents signed through the service.

2. User Content

You are solely responsible for every document, information and piece of content you upload, create, send or receive. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to use and send those materials.

3. No Legal Advice

SignFlow is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for determining whether electronic signatures are appropriate for your document, transaction and applicable law.

4. Electronic Signatures

SignFlow provides technology for electronic signatures. PluginNex does not guarantee that every signature or document will be valid or enforceable in every jurisdiction or circumstance.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.

6. Credits and Purchases

Credits are units used for actions within the service and are not money or currency. Purchases are subject to the price and terms displayed at checkout. PluginNex may change packages and pricing subject to applicable law.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use SignFlow for fraud, impersonation, forgery, unlawful activity, spam, infringement of others’ rights, or attempts to bypass security, licensing or credit controls.

8. Documents and Privacy

You retain your rights in your content. PluginNex may process and store content to the extent necessary to provide the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide a reliable and secure service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PluginNex will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Suspension and Termination

PluginNex may suspend or restrict an account for violations of these Terms, prohibited use, non-payment or legal requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

SignFlow, PluginNex, the code, design and technology are owned by PluginNex or applicable rights holders. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

12. Changes to These Terms

PluginNex may update these Terms. For material changes, users may be required to affirmatively accept the updated version.

13. Governing Law

Governing law and jurisdiction will be specified in the final commercial version and will be subject to applicable law. The legal entity and jurisdiction details must be completed before final commercial publication.
